agriculture and renewable energy is helping to fight climate change, support energy security, bolster food security and

grow Hawai'i's circular economy. Position Overview: Provide grease interceptor maintenance and used cooking oil

collection from various locations. Operate a vacuum tank unit mounted on a truck. Maintain customer grease interceptor

as directed. Daily maintenance of equipment as instructed. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. High
