About the Role

Job Title Provides professional leadership within the school, community, and education profession to improve student

learning as well as support district and state initiatives. Demonstrates content knowledge within assigned discipline(s)

or program and in applications to other disciplines. Plans, implements and assesses instruction designed to develop

students abilities to use team members, think and solve problems and integrate knowledge. Assesses student learning

using a variety of tools consistent with Kentucky's Assessment Program; communicates results to students, parents and

staff making referrals for extra services as necessary, uses assessment results to design appropriate instructional
