About the Role
Old Dominion - - Responsibilities: Load and unload freight on trailers using a motorized forklift, pallet jack or
manually in compliance with state and federal DOT guidelines; Read and interpret shipping labels and forms used in
freight movement; Secure freight inside trailers using straps, airbags, and other securing devices; Operate the dock
yard management system to monitor shipment locations within the service center; Ensure safe, accurate loading and
unloading to support on-time deliveries
