About the Role
To support operational efficiency, the full-time Dispatcher I will coordinate and manage audit activities, ensuring
compliance with service level agreements while delivering exceptional customer service in a remote work environment. Key
Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all audit activities for assigned clients, ensuring SLA compliance Monitor and
oversee dispatched audit work to maintain efficiency and accuracy Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to
resolve issues and ensure satisfaction Required Qualifications Experience in customer service, dispatch, or operations
coordination required High School Diploma or GED required Experience with data analysis and workflow management
