controls the flow of service work through the service department in a professional, timely manner while ensuring quality

Schedule shop work as efficiently as possible in accordance with dealership policy. Assign work to the correct
technician skill level Ensure that technicians follow warranty procedures Review hard copies turned in by technicians to
ensure that assigned work has been completed properly Ensure technicians complete the multi-point vehicle inspection
