About the Role
Job Summary: The Dishwasher is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of all dishes, cookware, utensils,
and kitchen equipment used in the amphitheater's food service operations. This role supports kitchen staff during
concerts, festivals, and large events by ensuring a steady supply of clean items and maintaining a safe, organized work
environment. Key Responsibilities: Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial
dishwashing machines or by hand. Maintain a constant flow of clean dishes during high-volume events and peak service
times. Properly store cleaned items in designated kitchen areas. Sweep and mop kitchen floors and keep dishwashing area
