About the Role

Busboy/Dishwasher - Oak Grove Lizard's Thicket is looking for individuals who will be responsible for maintaining

cleanliness and sanitation standards for glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils using machine and manual cleaning

methods. This position also ensures the dishwashing area is maintained as a clean, safe and sanitary facility. Retrieve

soiled dishes from the tables and bus pans in the dining room Stock and rotate incoming food deliveries from suppliers

Set up or break down dishwashing area Sweep up trash around exterior of restaurant and garbage dumpster Conduct general

restaurant and restroom cleaning as directed Wipe up any spills to ensure kitchen floors remain dry Ability to receive
