About the Role
The Director of Recruiting (DIR) is responsible for leading all aspects of Driver Recruiting for Bison USA, a function
that is foundational to the company’s growth and revenue generation. Drivers are essential to our operational and
financial success, and this role plays a critical part in ensuring Bison USA attracts, hires, and retains the
professional drivers needed to support current operations and future growth. The DIR provides strategic leadership
across driver recruiting, workforce planning, and market positioning, while also supporting retention initiatives in
partnership with internal stakeholders. This role is accountable for developing innovative, competitive recruiting
