About the Role

Welder / Fabricator Minnetonka, MN Direct Hire $35+ Position Summary The Welder will be responsible for joining,

fabricating, and repairing metal components used in custom equipment and systems for various industrial clients. This

role is crucial to ensuring the quality, durability, and safety of all products leaving our shop. Key Responsibilities

Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics for custom fabrication projects. Perform MIG and TIG welding on

stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminum components. Use hand tools, grinders, cutting torches, and other shop

equipment as needed. Inspect welds and completed parts for accuracy, strength, and quality. Fit and fabricate metal
