About the Role
Position Description Ryder is hiring a Senior Level Diesel Technician in Hartford, Connecticut — offering weekly pay,
excellent benefits, and a Technician career you can feel good about. Compensation & Benefits Hourly Pay: $35.75 per hour
Certification Bonus of $100 for each new ASE Certification obtained, up to $700 Quarterly Bonus: up to $500 each quarter
(four times per year) Sign On Bonus: $1,750 at 30 days and $1,750 at 90 days Schedule: Monday–Friday, weekends OFF
Hours: Second Shift 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision after 30 days 80 hours PTO in first year,
starting Day 1 Yearly merit pay increases 401(k) company match PPE, uniforms, and boot allowance Paid training to build
