Job Description Job Description The primary role of the Mechanic is to diagnose and repair fleet and equipment in order
to optimize the needs of operations and minimize equipment down time. Essential Responsibilities Inspect, diagnose,
adjust and repair power train, electrical, suspension, brake, hydraulic and air systems on vehicles and equipment.
Assist in execution of preventative maintenance program by performing oil and fluid changes, tire rotations, brake
inspections, CHP BIT inspections, etc. Perform on-road emergency service calls. Make recommendations for parts,
equipment and fabrication orders. Utilizes vehicle computer electronics systems to interpret failure modes to initiate
