About the Role

Position Summary The Fleet Maintenance Technician reports to the Fleet Maintenance Manager and Vehicle Maintenance

Supervisor. The Technician is personally responsible for diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues on the existing

fleet. Job Responsibilities Perform assigned repairs and preventive maintenance tasks in accordance with Standard Repair

Times (SRTs), ensuring accuracy and compliance with safety and quality standards. Conduct senior‐level repairs and

preventive maintenance tasks. Diagnose, inspect, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on

vehicles and equipment. Perform safety inspections and checks on vehicles and equipment. Provide roadside emergency
