About the Role

Foreman - Lead Commercial and Industrial Sitework Operations Deschutes Construction. Salary/Pay Rate: $40 to $50+ per

hour (based on experience) plus Performance Based Bonus. Job/Employment Type: Full Time. Schedule: Monday - Friday.

Project Scope: Commercial, Industrial, and Government Civil Sitework. You will serve as a pivotal field leader, driving

the successful execution of complex excavation and utility projects for a respected family-owned business. This role

offers the autonomy to manage high-stakes site operations while receiving the genuine support of a leadership team that

treats you like a person, not a number. Coordinate daily field tasks and resources to ensure projects are delivered
