pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic. Drivers in this position have achieved annualized
earnings of $75,000. Job Details: ~$0.62 per mile ~ Hourly pay: $18 ~ Weekly pay: $200 for full week of work ~ Stop pay:
$20-$22 per stop ~ Tarping pay: $60 per load ~ Detention pay: $22 per hour after 1 hour ~ Off account work pay:
$225-$300 per day ~ Safety training pay: $20 per hour ~ New hire training pay: $200 per day ~ Holiday pay: $200 per day
