Daytime Supervisor/handyman

About the Role

Overview This position assists in performing maintenance and repair to the college facilities as well as managing and

supervising cleaning staff. Responsibilities Duties include, but not limited to the following: Assist Building Manager

in scheduling custodial tasks in accordance with the daily, weekly and monthly frequency defined by the facilities

department. Assists the Building Manager in coordinating security coverage at the site with the Director of Security.

Ensures that arrangements are carried out for scheduled events. Makes periodic inspections of the building to identify

repair and maintenance work required including carpentry, electrical work, painting, plastering and plumbing. Ensures
