About the Role
About the Role: As a CBRE Data Center Technician, you will perform preventative maintenance and corrective repairs
within a Data Center operation. This job is part of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are
responsible for technical maintenance services in critical client environments. What You'll Do: Assist with daily site
inspections of all Mechanical & Engineering systems and technical equipment, including servicing and maintenance. Ensure
the site's environmental conditions provide a safe work environment. React to Building Management System alarms, and
complete emergency repairs as needed. Work with third-party vendors, ensuring compliance with company-developed
