About the Role
Position Summary We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Dispatcher / Customer Service Representative to support
service operations for plumbing and HVAC clients. This role plays a key part in coordinating technicians, managing
customer communication, and ensuring efficient scheduling through ServiceTitan . The ideal candidate has experience in
dispatching or service coordination, understands trade workflows, and is comfortable working extended shifts in a
fast-paced service environment. Key Responsibilities Dispatch & Scheduling Schedule and dispatch technicians for service
calls using ServiceTitan Monitor technician schedules, job status, and daily routing Adjust schedules in real time based
