Customer Service & Shipping Coordinator to their team. This is a hands-on role supporting both customer communication
and shipping/logistics operations. Enter customer orders and product information into the system with a high level of
accuracy Maintain and track inventory to ensure data integrity and availability Coordinate outbound shipments, including
scheduling trucks and carriers Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading Communicate with
customers regarding order status, updates, and questions Work closely with production and internal teams to ensure
