About the Role

Full‐Time Groundskeeper/Janitor – Dickinson, ND. Mission The Groundskeeper/Janitor is responsible for maintaining the

cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of the apartment community. This role supports resident satisfaction by

ensuring common areas, grounds, and vacant units are clean, well‐maintained, and market‐ready while upholding company

standards and safety protocols. Accountabilities Clean and prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including

kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas. Remove trash from vacant units, common areas, office areas, and property

perimeter. Maintain grounds, landscaping, building exteriors, parking lots, and amenities to ensure strong curb appeal.
