About the Role
POSITION TITLE: ACE Assistant Cook REPORTS TO: General Manager STATUS: Non-Exempt LOCATION: A Catered Experience
POSITION SUMMARY: Reporting to the Executive Chef, this position is primarily responsible for the accurate preparation
and cooking of all food products, to ensure a consistently high-quality product. This individual is also responsible for
ensuring all equipment is in working condition and cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Supports
Cook(s) by gathering all items necessary for cooking food products in large quantities. Learns and cook's menu items in
accordance with prescribed recipes. Assists Chef to maintain inventory for goods in chill, freezer and dry/canned goods
