About the Role
Job Summary: Cook II will will prep, set up, and provide quality service in all areas of banquet kitchen production to
include, but not limited to, all menu items supplied by the kitchen. Supervisory Responsibilities: Duties &
Responsibilities: Displays and presentations of all items designated by the sous chef for service. Complete
mise-en-place to the satisfaction of the supervisor and or sous chef. Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as
equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices. Ensure food is stored
and cooked at the correct temperature by regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters. Ensure
