grounds of the Walker Farm Theater in picturesque Weston, Vermont, Gladys' Kitchen at the Hub , is a 27-seat restaurant.

Gladys' Kitchen is open for breakfast all day starting at 8am and lunch from 11-2. Our flexible dining space is also

used for community and special events. The hallmark of the food is simple and delicious farmhouse fare, using fresh,

seasonal ingredients. New hires are eligible for $500 signing bonus after 6 months. Employees who work 30+ hours qualify
