a fast-paced environment? Join the team at Hotel Indigo Baton Rouge Downtown. As a Line Cook for our signature dining
outlets and room service, you will be the heart of our kitchen. We are looking for someone who takes pride in consistent
execution, high food safety standards, and delivering a taste of Baton Rouge hospitality to every guest. Station
Excellence: Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies; execute daily prep (chopping, butchering, and sauce
prep) to ensure a smooth service. Coordinate with the kitchen team so all plates for a table are served simultaneously
