About the Role
JOB CATEGORY: MAINTENANCE / ADMINISTRATION POSITION SUMMARY: The Corporate Facility and Maintenance Technician directs
or assists with the corporate-wide maintenance and custodial program in order to maintain all facilities, grounds and
equipment in a sanitary, functional, attractive and orderly condition. LIMITATIONS OF AUTHORITY: The Corporate Facility
and Maintenance Technician confers with the General Services Manager or General Services Director before initiating
expenditures of more than $500 cost. In their absence, the Corporate Facility and Maintenance Technician may initiate
emergency repairs not to exceed $1,000. REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE: High School Diploma or equivalent plus
