Overview Job Location: Sommers, Wisconsin. Location - Sommers, WI 53144 Salary Range: $27.36 Hourly Job Summary: The

Core Department Lead provides area leadership and direct supervision while serving as the lead worker to the Core

Department crew members on a particular shift providing day-to-day management. The weekend shift is Sunday, Friday, and

Saturday, from 6:00am to 6:30pm. In addition, the Lead may perform all Core Side tasks (e.g., fin and tube prep,

soldering, testing, head manufacturing, etc.) as necessary. The Lead receives direction from the Core Department

Supervisor, Operations Manager, and the Director of Operations. The Core Department Lead will develop training
