About the Role
PACKER POSITION
The purpose of this packer position is to pack finished high quality frozen egg products in cases according to customer
specifications. The packer fills and folds omelets and prepares them for freezing; monitors and removes defective egg
products that do not meet customer specifications. Packers play a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality products
that customers and the public can trust.
