About the Role

Job Details Under close supervision, the Cook Room Tech performs a variety of tasks associated with blending approved

ingredients, proper cooking processes, and holding. This position requires attention to detail and adherence to safety

and quality standards. Key Responsibilities

* Weigh and mix ingredients to meet daily production batches.

* Stop production if there are conditions that may lead to a food safety occurrence and notify the Cook Room Manager

before resuming.
