responsible for assisting in the serving and preparation of food. In addition, maintaining good housekeeping in the

kitchen and dining areas Essential Functions: Knowledgeable in proper cooked and uncooked food temperatures Knowledge of

all safety guidelines in kitchen Cleans and checks service equipment Able to identify and safely use all kitchen

equipment. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. Cleans and maintains kitchen facilities Assists in

moving and storing supplies Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to have a highly motivated and energetic
