About the Role

FLSA Classification: Non- Exempt Reports To: Kitchen Manager General Purpose: The Cook is required to perform all

functions relating to the maintenance and proper preparation of all items for the chef's case, deli case, and salad and

hot bars, while maintaining top tier customer service. Work Schedule: 40+ hours per week, weekend work required. Why
