About the Role

Are you looking for something different than the average restaurant? We boast nearly 6 acres of organic gardens and

permaculture food forests that we harvest much of our food from. We are currently looking for a Fire Cook to join our

team. Applicants should have a solid foundation in restaurant operations and a passion for the culinary arts. Reporting

directly to the Chef and Sous Chef, the seasonal Fire Cook is responsible for overseeing the execution of the grill and

pizza oven during dinner services. Food Preparation & Presentation. Ensure that all food is presented in a way that is

consistent with the standards that have been established.  Ensure that you and your team do whatever it takes to
