About the Role
Position: Construction Superintendent for Colony Fine Homes Department: Construction FLSA: Full-Time Exempt Location:
2240 N. Broadway, Moore, Oklahoma 73160, various OKC metro locations (indoor and outdoor) Hours: Monday-Friday 8am to
5pm General Purpose: To assist the company in scheduling of materials and contractors to construct houses from start to
finish. Supervision Received: Works under the direct supervision of the Construction Manager or Construction Field
Manager. Supervision Exercised: Supervises all Assistant Superintendents and Interns. Make clear expectations to the
customers in a professional manner. Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Construction Superintendent: Onsite
