About the Role
Truss Builder (Great Benefits and Consistent Overtime) Available Shifts: ~1st Shift - Monday-Friday 6AM- 4:30 (5X10)
~2nd Shift - Monday-Thursday 3:30PM- 1:00 AM (4X10) We are hiring a Truss Builders to support the production of
high-quality trusses and wall panels for residential and commercial construction projects. This role is ideal for
individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and want long-term growth opportunities
within a stable company. Assemble trusses and wall panels according to specifications and production requirements Use
hand and power tools to cut, fasten, and secure materials accurately Measure and cut materials to precise dimensions
