About the Role
Porter/Concierge We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Porter/Concierge at one of our newest
developments located in East New York. This is a hybrid position where you will work four days per week in the role of
Porter and one day per week as a Concierge. As we staff up at this new development, the role may become a full-time
Concierge. Candidates must be flexible in working between the two roles and will assist with coverage for other
full-time Concierge staff for lunch breaks or fill in as needed. Porter - Essential Duties and Responsibilities include
the following. Other duties may be assigned. Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim. Cleans
