About the Role
Composite Mechanic - Wichita, KS Only qualified candidates with the below experience will be considered for this
position. Job Description & Requirements: 2nd shift is 3:30pm to 12:00am Employee can perform the critical functions of
the Composites Mechanic such as: Demonstrates technical expertise in fabricating assemblies, reworks and repairs of
nonmetallic parts, assemblies and aircraft applying knowledge of working characteristics of nonmetallic materials and
bonding techniques such as Vacuum Bagging = High contour and supplemental bagging, double bagging, and cure temps.
Thermal Process = Maximum cure temp of 375, thermal survey, curing multiple patches at once, and other advanced
