About the Role

Community Bus Driver AFA History: AFA was founded in 2002 by a family caregiver to ensure families affected by

Alzheimer's disease always had a place to turn for guidance, support, and services. AFA Mission Statement: The mission

of the Alzheimer's Foundation of America (AFA) is to provide support, services and education to individuals, families

and caregivers affected by Alzheimer's disease and related dementias nationwide, and fund research for better treatment

and a cure. Position Summary: The Community Bus Driver will be responsible for the safe transport of individuals and

caregivers impacted by Alzheimer's and Dementia to and from the Barabara Rabinowitz Education & Resource Center in
