About the Role
Summary The Service Technician II provides maintenance, service, and repair for commercial cooking equipment and
refrigeration (grills, fryers, ovens, ice machines, reach‑in and walk‑in coolers, freezers, etc.). Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial cooking kitchen equipment and refrigeration. Communicate status updates
for part orders and repairs to branch support and customers. Complete service calls accurately and timely. Audit truck
stock to ensure required parts are stocked. Ensure service vehicle, tools, and uniforms meet Whaley safety standards.
Meet on‑call requirements. Requirements Three years of experience in commercial kitchen repair and/or refrigeration.
