About the Role
Job Title Responsibilities: Mask, apply paint with spray guns, syringes and silk screens to various products. Understand
how various cleaners, primers and paints react to each other to create quality finishes. Have proficient knowledge of
MIL-SPEC paints such as lacquers, enamels, epoxies, urethanes and their applications. Understand and follow waste
disposal requirements. Have the ability to diagnose various paint problems such as solvent pops, fade out, orange peel,
etc. Assemble various products per routings, drawings and company procedures. Must be willing to cross-train and flex
time in assembly areas as needed. Basic Qualifications: Must have a high school diploma or equivalent from an accredited
