About the Role
The Painter II is an entry-level role responsible for performing powder-coating and surface-preparation tasks to finish
parts according to company and customer specifications. Set and operate coating systems by establishing required
parameters and running spray guns, booths, and ovens while monitoring equipment performance. Apply and cure powder
coatings by following established processes, verifying cure times and temperatures, and ensuring coating integrity
throughout the production cycle. Inspect finished parts using visual checks, first-piece inspections, and film-thickness
gauges to confirm coating quality, documenting production as required. Support production flow by loading and unloading
