Commercial Painter

About the Role

Painter II Perform necessary paint, finishing, and paper hanging to property interior and exterior surfaces. Apply

paint, varnish, stain, etc. to interior and exterior surfaces with brushes, rollers, and/or sprayers. Properly prepare

surfaces prior to application of finish including but not limited to sanding, filling holes, and cleaning. Maintain all

paints and painting supplies. Perform preventative maintenance as needed. Other duties as assigned by management. High

school diploma preferred. Three (3) years of previous paint and paperhanging experience preferred. Must have hand and

finger dexterity necessary to accomplish duties. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time during a shift.
