About the Role

Maintenance Technician Requirements: Must have CDL Class A or B Driver License Proven experience as a maintenance person

or in a similar role. Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques. Ability to prioritize tasks and

manage time effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and customer

service skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Must have the authorization to work in the U.S.

Salary commensurate with work experience. The candidate should be able to work a flexible schedule. Candidates will be

subject to drug screening, fingerprinting, and a 10-year background check. Duties: Perform general maintenance and
