Job Roles and Responsibilities Programming & Optimization: Program toolpaths for complex 5-axis parts using Mastercam

and collaborate with design and fabrication staff to optimize part programs for the specific material at hand. Machine

Operation & Setup: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC routers through full job runs, ensuring strong attention to setup

accuracy and part quality. Probing & Inspection: Utilize Renishaw probing systems for part setup, datum verification,

and in-process inspection. Job & Resource Management: Manage job sequencing, material preparation, and tooling

inventory. Select appropriate tools, machines, and materials in preparation for machinery work. Troubleshooting:
