About the Role
Position Summary The CNC Machine Operator is responsible for producing high-quality machined parts using CNC Milling,
Lathe, and Swiss Turn machines. This role involves machine operation, part inspection, tool changes, simple program
edits, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate CNC
Milling, Lathe, and Swiss Turn machines under the direction of supervisors or team leads Load parts, operate machine
controls, set offsets, perform simple edits, and change tooling as needed Perform deburring and secondary operations
required for production Inspect and measure parts using hand measuring tools and document measurements on control charts
