About the Role

Leidos Defense Systems Colorado Manufacturing is seeking a CNC Machinist 2nd Shift to join our team at Colorado Springs,

CO. Primary Responsibilities Must be capable of reading engineering drawings Operation of CNC lathes (primarily),

provide backup operations on CNC mills and other manual equipment. You will be expected to set up and run machines on a

wide variety of operations involving multiple machines that convert raw materials to precision finished goods within

print tolerance specification. Use fixtures or gauges to verify accomplish dimensional checks. Experience in the

manufacturing of large aerospace components from exotic materials is a plus. 5-axis and/or mill-turn experience.
