About the Role

Lou-Rich is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team. As a key player in

the manufacturing process, youll be responsible for operating and maintaining the computer-controlled machinery that

brings our customers products to life. Your expertise in programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines will be

crucial in ensuring the production of high-quality precision parts. Innovance is the holding company for a family of
