About the Role

CNC Machinist The CNC Machinist is responsible for the setup, machining, programming, and inspection of work for any

type of tooling using the assets at the machine shop in the most efficient way to meet goals. Demonstrates Mustad

values, showing respect for and engagement with co-workers, especially as they contribute to a quality product and

organizational success. Sets up and machines all tooling required for making horseshoes, following all safety and SOP

regulations and procedures, including Mustad Performance Systems (MPS). Operates a minimum of two (2) CNC machines at

one time. Prepares, cuts, and grinds raw materials used in the horseshoe manufacturing process. Performs setup and
