About the Role
Seeking a CNC Machinist to operate and set up CNC mills, lathes, and Swiss-type machines. This role produces
high-quality machined components while following blueprints and technical instructions. Ideal candidates have 1 year of
CNC experience and are eager to grow their skills in a hands‑on manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Read and
interpret blueprints, sketches, and operation sheets to determine setup and machining requirements. Prepare tooling,
fixtures, and workpieces; align and secure components for machining. Set machine controls for spindle positioning,
cutting depth, speed, feed, and coolant flow. Monitor CNC machines and make adjustments to maintain quality or correct
