About the Role
CNC Operator The CNC Operator will operate computer numerical control (CNC) machinery used in the fabrication of
structural steel components for construction and related metal fabrication projects. This hands-on role combines precise
CNC machine operation with general shop labor and occasional field installation work to support efficient production and
high-quality output. The position requires at least 6 months of CNC experience in construction metal fabrication or
related fabrication shops, strong measurement skills, reliable transportation, and the flexibility to work overtime and
join the install crew in the field as needed. Responsibilities Set up, program (as required), and operate CNC equipment
