About the Role

Job Responsibilities Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to produce precision parts according to work instructions. Load and

unload raw materials and finished parts from machines. Monitor machine operation and make minor adjustments as needed to

maintain part quality. Perform basic measurements using calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools to ensure

parts meet specifications. Read and interpret blueprints and Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) to verify part

accuracy. Fill out in-process inspection documentation to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean and

organized work area. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures. Assist with basic machine maintenance, such as
