About the Role

Incodema3D is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team on 2nd Shift (Monday-Friday,

2:00 PM - 10:30 PM). Incodema3D has a unique and innovative team, focused on additive manufacturing technology for the

aerospace, defense, and other industrial applications. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for producing

machined parts by setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines and equipment, including mills and lathes. Prepare

and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling. Read blueprints and mechanical

drawings to interpret specifications and desired results. Translate instructions into computer commands for machine
