About the Role

Role Summary Our Barnes Aerospace, CT-South CRO Site located in East Granby, Connecticut, is seeking a CNC Machinist &

Trainer to join our team for a 6+ month project. This position requires a skilled machinist who can balance hands-on

production responsibilities with the training and onboarding of new machinists. The successful candidate will provide

guidance, demonstrate best practices, and support skill development while continuing to meet individual production and

quality expectations. Shift: 1st, 2nd, or 3rd Key Responsibilities Operate 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling and/or turning

machines Run multiple machines simultaneously, as most equipment is part of manufacturing cells or machining centers
